Viipuri sleeps 7 persons. The living area has direct access to the verandah which overlooks the orchard.  The spacious bathroom has a separate bath and a shower cubicle.  A washing machine and a tumble drier are also included in the bathroom.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge.

Sleeping arrangements - There is one double bedroom and one twin bedded room (2'6" beds). The latter room provides access to a mezzanine floor with a bed for one person. There is another double sleeping space on a mezzanine floor accessed from the sitting room.

Outside there is a covered verandah with outside furniture and a BBQ. There is parking for 2 cars.

Heating and hot water is included and there is a £1 coin meter for other electricity.
