Rose cottage is a wooden building which sleeps 8 persons. It has a well equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The sitting room has a log-burning stove. There are two bathrooms both of which have walk-in showers.

Sleeping arrangements – Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and the other a small room with bunk beds. Upstairs, a dormer bedroom, there are one double and two single beds (2'6"). There is flexibility for sleeping as there are 2 more single beds situated on a mezzanine floor above the sitting room - this area is accessed by a vertical ladder on the wall – not suitable for the very young or elderly.

Outside there is a covered verandah with garden furniture, a BBQ, and parking for 3 cars.

Heating and some hot water is included and there is a £1 coin meter for other electricity. Logs can be purchased when available.
